THE RULES…

Most things in nature and life are governed by rules. What goes up must come down. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Black people die first in horror movies.

But what about those moments in life that are left rule-less? How long can you hold a seat for someone at the movies? Is regifting tacky or a great way to recycle unwanted junk? Is it ok to hit on your dead buddy's girlfriend at his funeral? What if she is REALLY HOT?

The world needs rules. Without them it's anarchy: Planes falling out of the sky, rioting in the streets, cats and dogs livin' together. Madness! That's why Universal Rules was created to finally write the unwritten rules. The Roundtable of Universal Lawmakers (or "RULers") discusses each topic that comes its way thoroughly, even turning to experts on the subject along the way, to make a rule that can be followed by all. If you ever get into disagreement with someone on the way things should be done, turn them here to see the error of their ways. All verdicts are FINAL. (..unless we get bored and change our minds.)
